Unlock Secret Levels
There are two secret levels you unlock from taking the test at http://recruit.flashpointgame.com/en/game.php. Go to the in-game password prompt and enter these codes:

AmbushU454 - Unlock "Ambush" mission.
StrongM577 - Unlock "Coastal Stronghold" mission.
CloseQ8M3 - Unlock "Close Quarters" mission.
RaidT18Z - Unlock "Night Raid" mission.
OFPWEB2 - Unlock "Debris Field" mission.
OFPWEB1 - Unlock "Encampment" mission.
BLEEDINGBADLY - Unlock Fire Team Engagement Mission Mode.

Achievements
Complete each achievement to receive the allotted gamerscore:

All Patched Up (20) - Apply a field dressing to an injured friend in co-op.
Bug Out (20) - Reach the extraction point.
Hard Rain (20) - Call in your first artillery barrage.
Heroic Rescue (20) - Rescue the hostages.
Hip Shooter (30) - Destroy the fleeing PLA transport helicopter in Eagle Offense.
Hitchhiker (30) - Destroy the PLA armored units around the ghost village in Powder Trail.
Keep 'em Rolling (30) - Ensure all of the Abrams reach the supporting fire position in Trumpet's Sound.
Fuel the fire (30) - Destroy all of the PLA fuel trucks in Hip Shot.
Get Creative (30) - Destroy the PLA APC at the top of the beach in United We Stand.
Ghost Ops (30) - Eliminate the PLA Commander in Blinding The Dragon.
Shock and Awe (20) - Call in your first air strike.
Skirinka Island Tour (30) - Find the PLA helicopter and fly it around Skirinka Island in Dragon Rising.
Squad Slayer (20) - Kill or incapacitate 25 enemies.
Low Blow (20) - Kill an enemy vehicle with an AT mine.
Perfect Rescue (30) - All hostages must survive in Looking for Lois.
Clear Skies (20) - Kill an enemy vehicle with an AA weapon.
Company Killer (50) - Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies.
Dragon Rising (70) - Complete the campaign on any difficulty.
Dragon Rising - Hardcore (100) - Complete the campaign on Hardcore difficulty.
Florence Nightingale Award (20) - Apply the field dressing to other wounded soldiers 20 times.
Fly Away Peter, Fly Away Paul (20) - Get to the extraction chopper.
The Sky is Falling (20) - Kill an enemy with a helicopter without using its weapons.
Platoon Pounder (30) - Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies.
Resource Management (20) - Secure the fuel depot.
Runway Relief (20) - Capture the airfield.
Ruthless Efficiency (30) - Eliminate the remaining troops on the second line with one mortar barrage in Bleeding Edge.
Saber Beats SAM (20) - Disable the SAM sites.
Sandman Saviors (20) - Extract the downed air crew.
Scrap Metal (20) - Kill an enemy vehicle with an AT weapon.
Ship It (20) - Assault the Naval base.
Tide's Out (20) - Successfully hold the beachhead.
Two Birds, One Stone (30) - Eliminate Han and the radio station with one JDAM in Decapitation.
Unbloodied Hands (20) - Complete a mission without directly killing anyone yourself.
Uphill Struggle (20) - Eliminate the PLA mortar site.
Vertical Envelopment (30) - Pilot an MH-60S safely to the designated landing zone in Dragon Fury.
Without Warning (20) - Destroy Radar emplacement.
