Cheat Mode
In Chapter 2, after Verse 3 onward on any difficulty, walk around the plaza from Verse 3 outside of combat and stand in front of one of the telephones and enter one of the codes below. The left phone by the stairs is used for Weapon unlocks, the right phone for Accessories and the stand alone phone on the other end of the plaza is for Characters. Next to the description is the required amount of Halos you must have in your inventory at the time to unlock the matching secret. All directions are input using the D-Pad. These codes allow the immediate unlock of the listed weapon/accessory/character without completing the requirements.

Climax Bracelet - Get 101 Umbran Tears of Blood.
Eternal Testimony - Get 50 Umbran Tears of Blood.
Bangle of Time - Complete the game under 3 hours on normal or above.
Immortal Marionette - Clear Very Easy or Easy mode.

Chapter 2: Defeating Jeanne
Use the following trick for the flashback battle at the start of Chapter 2 under the Hard difficulty setting. Once the battle starts and Jeanne jumps down, shoot her. She will block most of the bullets, but soon she will crouch and fire her guns in a quarter-circle. During this time she is vulnerable. You can attack her now, but it is recommended that you just shoot her and dodge her bullets. Once she is done, her next attack will likely be a Wicked Weave. You can see it coming when a red circle appears under her. If you dodge her Wicked Weave, you will enter Witch Time. However, it does not last long. Make the most of this time. Either keep shooting her if you are too far away, or move close to get a combo in and deal some real damage. There is a chance that Jeanne will try to move closer instead of using a Wicked Weave; put some distance between the both of you by dodging. To get the most attacks in, always dodge towards her when dodging her bullets and Wicked Weave. Make sure you are in Witch Time before attacking.

Free Items
When Bayonetta is sucking a lollipop in a cinematic, take note of its color. Hold controller button that matches that color of the lollypop to receive an item. For example, if the lollypop was green, hold A during the cinematic to get a green herb lollipop.
