Alternate Clothing
Highlight the Competition option on the main menu and press [R1], [R1], [R2], [R2], [R1], [R1], [R2], [R2], [R1], [R1], and [R2] for Cindy in a leather outfit and Irin dressed as a school girl.

Hidden Menu
Press Select and Up at the Boarder's Park screen.

Unlock Characters and Boards
Alpine SP board - Complete Freestyle Mode in first place for the Time category on at least 5 courses. Board is not available in Tour Competition and Half Pipe
Bonus boards - Enter Freestyle Mode with all the tracks. Set the top record for all the tracks.
Freestyle SP board - Complete Freestyle Mode in first place for the Total category on at least 5 courses. Board is not available in Tour Competition.
Hard Mode - Complete all 9 rounds in Snowboarding Combined reversed mode and achieve any ranking. Hold [L1] and select Freestyle Mode.
Mirror Mode - Complete Snowboarding Competition mode and enter the options screen. Press Select on controller 2 then press [R1] at the mode selection screen.
Play as Boss - Complete Competition Mirror mode in first place.
Play as Gray - Score 37.5 or more in Half Pipe mode or by completing all the tricks in Trick Mode: Master.
Play as Snowman - Complete Competition Hard mode in first place.
Play as Snowman (alternate) - Complete Freestyle mode in first place for the Trick, Time, and Total categories on all 10 courses.
Reversed courses - Complete all 9 rounds in Competition mode with any ranking. Hold [R1] and select Freestyle.
