How to unlock Through the Fire and the Flames
To unlock Through The Fire And The Flames by Dragonforce you must beat the career mode on any difficulty.

Unlock Guitars
Perform the following tasks and then you'll be able to buy guitars in the shop:

Bat Guitar - 5-star all songs in Easy mode.
El Jefe Guitar - 5-star all songs in Expert mode.
Jolly Roger Guitar - 5-star all songs in Medium mode.
Moon Guitar - Complete Easy mode.
Risk Assessment Guitar - Complete Expert mode.
Rojimbo! Guitar - Complete Hard mode.
Saint George Guitar - Complete Medium mode.
Tiki Face Guitar - 5-star all songs in Hard mode.

Unlock Slash, Lou and Tom Morello
Beat them in career mode and then you'll be able to buy them from the shop:

Lou - Defeat him and then you can buy him for $15,000
Slash - Defeat him and then you can buy him for $10,000
Tom Morello - Defeat him and then you can buy him for $10,000

Unlock "Buy a Guitar Already" achievement easily
Instead of playing through an entire hard/expert career with the controller, simply:

1. Complete the career normally
2. Shut off your console after saving
3. Turn on your console, but with the regular controller plugged in
4. Go to the career you completed
5. As soon as you enter the character select screen, it should unlock

This can be done at any time after clearing a career.

Easiest way to earn Enlightened Guitarist, Axe Collector, Track Master, Burnin' a Hole in Your Pocket, and Got 'em All
Ok, some people say you need to COMPLETE expert career for this to work, wrong.

1. Input the Performance Mode cheat, then enable it.
2. Next input the Unlock Everything cheat. ( Not the Unlock All Songs one..)
3. Now go to your Expert Career, and enter the store, you will unlock; Axe Collector, Track Master, Got 'em All, and Burnin' a Hole in Your Pocket achievements.
4. Next select Lou (the devil) as your character, and The El Jefe as your guitar.
5. When you select your venue (stage), pick the Desert Rock Tour.
6. Select Slow Ride, and intentionally fail.
7. You should now get the Enlightened Guitarist achievement.
