Unlock Hidden characters
Complete the Bonus Mini-Game in the corresponding level:

Crimson Fury - Monaco
Hammerhead - Tokyo
Mr. Slam - Los Angeles

Twisted Metal: Lost Unlockables
Successfully completing Twisted Metal: Lost under certain difficulty levels will unlock secret characters and a secret level. The Port Of Death is not playable in Story mode. 12-Pac, Gold Tooth, and the Port Of Death are not selectable in the Twisted Metal: Head On portion of the game.

Port Of Death - Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.
Gold Tooth - Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard diificulty setting.
12-Pac - Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.

Unlockable Levels
Transylvania - Beat Transylvania in Story Mode.
Transylvania Deathmatch - Beat Transylvania's Minigame.

Unlock Tower Tooth Challenge in Head-On
You can only use Tower Tooth in Rome Death Match. In challenge mode you are given preselected opponents. In Vs Mode you can also use him, but only in Rome Death Match. To unlock it, beat the story mode in Head-On with any 5 characters.
