Akroma and Castle Lucatos level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Evalisa.

Arcanis and Mestidin Collage level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Zadel.

Entorin and Heart of the Forest level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Tanera.

Evalisa and Enchanted Vales level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Alberon.

Ihsan's Shade and MoonDrift Hieghts level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Midia.

Maraxus and Volcanic Forge level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Volita.

Midia and Lost Cavern level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Keroc.

Mishra and Mishra's Stronghold level
Successfully complete Quest mode using a preset duelist and deck. Note: You cannot use Mishra's pre-made deck, and may only use Mishra as an avatar.

Multani and Everfall level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Entorin.

Tsabo Tavoc
Successfully complete Arcade mode with a custom deck. Note: You cannot use Tsabo Tavoc's pre-made deck, and may only use Tsabo Tavoc as an avatar.

Volita and Desolate Wasteland level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Kuldan.

Zadel and Drake Rookerie level
Successfully complete Arcade mode as Ildaver.

Unlocking characters
In arcade duel, when you win with a pre-set duelist on the first level you will unlock a new corresponding color character under him or her. For example, play as Keroc (first black duelist) and win all six fights with him. You will then unlock Mintora or someone to that effect. Win six fights with her and you will be able to play as Ishan's Shade. By playing as pre-set character on arcade mode, you will unlock a new character.
