If Your trying to find a team what is good enough, what wins every game, the team u are looking for is AC MILAN. Start the game with AC Milan and sell these following players to get money:
Serginho, Albritini, Leonardo, Carlos Renondo, Helveg, Dida and If Guly Becomes a valued play sell him but you don't have to. After selling all those players you sould have enough money to buy these great players just try too get hold of these players in any way.
Ze Roberto (Leverkusen) Montero (Juventus) Pablo Aimar (River Plate/Valencia) Antonio Cassano (Bari).
After Buying those players, play the formation 4-4-2*
*3 Players at the back (cenrte)
*2 Wide Men playing inbetween the DEFENCE and MIDFIELD
*3 Centre Midfields
and 2 Forwords.
*For the 3 back men play Montero, Roque Junior and Maldini
*For the 2 wide men play Ze Roberto (left) and Gabri (right)
*For the centre mid play Cassano, Aimar, Gattuso and the two forwards play Comandini and Shevchenko.
Trust me, i did this and won the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 3 times the Italian league 4 times and the super cup 2 times and i won the world cup twice with italy with nearly the same setup.

Play Tim O'Donovon from Torquay United for 16 games in the centre of midfield, and in the next 20 games he will score 2 in each game. It works!
If you are Manchester City, buy Charlie Miller from Watford, put him in mid centre running up to amc and man marm the kepper (u need to do this all the time). He scored 30 goals in 1 season; not cheating.
To become the England manager from the beginning all you need to do is click on any club in England, then click on a player who is English. When his stats screen comes up click on his nationality (obviously English) then you will be taken to the England team. You are then able to select Take Control.
At the start of the season Kenny Miller of Rangers is always on loan and if you sign him on loan for any club and bring him on at exactly 70 minutes he will score a goal. If you select one of your strikers to man mark the oppositions goalkeeper he will normally score a hat trick every game and your team are guaranteed to win more or less every game.
If just before your up and coming match RETIRE from your Club (eg. . . Leeds), then take control of your opposing team (eg. . . Liverpool) Release all there players then RETIRE again and go back to your excisting Club. Then you will have a Gauarranted WIN.
To buy a player for free- All you have to do is to place a bid for the player you want to buy.It doesnt matter if your bid is over the amount of money you have, just place it anyway. When the bid is accepted go to TRANSFER then click change bid, now change the bid £0. When you offer him a contract you then have to give him all the wages possible- that is the only darwback!
Buy Tony Scotch, Scott Minkon and Berfa Richards, great players that will become very valuable, very quickly.
There are two players you must sign! Mass Sarr and Calaio. Mass is on the free transfer list and Calaio plays for Torino. Put Calaio in intense training for shooting,skills and tatics and he will be fantastic. Also, at the start of the first season sign: Martin Palermo, Edmundo and Sarr and change your formation to a 4-3-3 and play all free up front! I did and I won the Premership, Champions League cup and the FA Cup all in the same season!! Sign Coventrys young keeper Kirkland and train him up and he'll be fantasic!
The update on the 4-3-3 is that I'm in my third season and have won everything there is....... Sign Anelka and Santa Cruz and put upfront Palermo on left, Cruz in centre and Anelka on right. Anelka is THE best striker in the world!
Buy Carl Laurie and B.Bubb, The best player in the game is Javier Saviola. He plays for River PLate and is only 18, he is the best player in the game!
To win most games get youre strikers to man mark the goalkeeper...the best players to do this with are Saviola, Palermo anf Preciado...Saviola is incredible and the best player in the game and scored 8 goals in one match for me.
Sign Robson Ponte who plays for leverkussen (sorry I can't spell!) in Germany. Search for him if you don't understand what team I said. Try and sign Bixente Lizarzu from Bayern Munich as he's the best left-back in the world.
sign these players.They are fantastic: Cosmin Contra (DR), Mark Tyler (GK), Kennedy Bakircioglu (FC), Patrick Weiser (DL). Kennedy Bakircioglu scored 6 goals for me against Lazio when i was managing west ham!
A good player is Ronaldinho. He worth 5m, his contract ends after the first season at Brazilian Gremio and he will be worth 17m!
For Arsenal, buy Gianni Comandini for £5m when he becomes unhappy. Also buy Rodrigo from Real Madrid (he is on loan at the start of the season) for £10m - £14m. Play them up front with Thierry Henry, and Comandini will score masses of goals!!! Play Rodrigo on the left, Comandini in the middle and Henry on the right of three up front with an attacking midfielder (Graham Barrett seems to work well).
All of the players I have mentioned are young at the start of the game and all turn out to be world-beaters on a consistant basis. Lucas Castroman is a bit dirty, but is by far the best right wingback in the game. Juan Pablo Sorin is the best left wingback. Philippe(I think thats spelt right!) Christanval and Estica are a couple of quality centre backs. Hugo Viana (Free Transfer) and Gaetano D'Agostino are superb prospects for the future in the (left-footed) attacking midfielder role - as long as you train them well. Geovanni is one of the best value-for-money attacking midfielders in the game - try and get him just before there are 6 months left to run on his contract and you will get him cheap. That applies for any other player by the way. Andri Sigtorsson (KR) is still excellent value-for-money. Ronaldinho(Gremio) is THE best midfielder in the game and will simply urinate on any defence in the world - but it is hard to get him without paying quite a lot of money. He is DEFINITELY worth it though. The two best young attackers in the game have to be Calaio(Torino) and Konstantinou (?). Buy this team and you will be smiling all the way to the European Cup.
Sign Jardel and put him up front with Romeo Beckford together in one match for me the pair scored 16 goals (cwbrann town uefa cup 1st round leg 2).
Best way to get an emergency win in an importnat league game: Make yourself the manager of their team before the match and put every player (including keeper) upfront. then set their tactics to attacking and long ball., having done this play the game and you will hammar them, i beat stuttgart 41-1 Elber and bridges scored 16 each!!!!!! A great young buy is Sharbel Touma from the swedish U21's.
If you can afford it buy Roque Santa Cruz (Bayern Munchen) and Antonio Cassano (Bari) and play Santa Cruz as striker and Cassano just behind him. These players are very young and are good prospects for the future.
The best player on championship manager is Leon Knight. He is 18, i think, plays in the Chelsea reserves usually and he will become a CM God.
These players will be worth loads of money iff u buy them: Chucks Nwoko, Jorge Campos, Clarence Acuna, Florentin Petre, Adrian Mihalcea, Mads Jorgenson, Denilson Panucci. Also go to club Necaxa and buy the only player you can that plays in midfield. Try and get Jason Euell on loan from Wimbledon.
Sign Savas Stavridis (Striker) from Panaitolikos, Raul Tamudo from Espanyol and kennedy Bakircioglu from Hammarby.These three players are fantastic and they smash evry defense.
Right here are a few players that are a must have, if you want to be a succesful manager: Njugo Demba-Nyren (MC/SC), Per Nilsson (DC), Fredrik Berglund (AM/FRC), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (SC) , John Pelu (SC), Quim (GK), Pinga (AM/FC * and i might add, one of the greatest players on Champ manager, can only sign him in serie A until he gets 20 international caps for Brazil, alot of money but worth every penny), Steven Reid (AM/FRC), Sebastien Battaglia (DMC). And you know what is the best thing about these players? Lot of them cost less than a damaged carton of cheap fruit juice. right backs and left backs, and wingers are a waste of space, ship them out and bring in the centre lads! always sign players with high stamina and work rate, particularly stamina!!, they are better and will never tire.
If you're looking for some quality players, try these: Palermo is unreal he scored 63 goals in a seaon for me so get him if you have 13m to spend!!! However if you have a slightly lower budget I would highly recommend Ronald Gomez of OFI in Greece. He scores about the same amount of goals as Palermo so he'll save you a few quid. In defence, Martin Laursen is great and he becomes the best defender in it as he is only 22 at the start. Walter Samuel is equally good if not better, but you'll have to wait a season to get him because Roma have only signed him at the start. Calaio (Torino) is superb after a seaon in the 1st team. John O'Shea of Man U can also be a very good signing, and Aimar, Saviola, Ronaldinho and Cassano are by far the best youngsters. Jamie McMaster (Leeds) and Joe Cole are class as well, and try and get Florentin Petre right away because there is always interest in him straight away. Rys Evans and Paul Rachubka get good after a seaon or 2 as well. As a formation, try 4 at the back, 1 dmc, 1 mc, 1 amc, 1 amr and 1 aml with 1 fc. Put the arrows of the two wide men going into alongside the fc and play attacking, short passing and pressing.
When starting with a conference league side (Rushden and Diamonds is advisable) try to buy Barker from Macclesfield and two players from a team called Vejen.They are Abrahamsen and Steffenson.Each should cost about £15000 to £20,000 and are worth every penny.Stan colleymore usually signs for you with a bit of persistance. I have found the best formation to play in any league is 4 in defense with the wide men coming up to half way......two central defensive midfielders.....three attacking midfielders (left , right and centre ) and a lone striker who will score bags of goals. The leagues are yours for the taking!!
Buy Theo Janssen on the first day(£6-12M). He is an excellent prospect who is one of the best lefties of all time.
If you want a magnificent right winger, you have to buy Japanese player DAISUKE OKU! He is incredibly good, at the end of his first season he had an average rating of 9.33 and scored 21 goals! If you have fl. 25,000,000 to spend he can become a star player for your team.
