Cheat Mode
Enable the console from the game's in-game options. Press [~] to drop the console; type:

seta thereisacow 1337

and then press [Enter]. Then type:

spdevmap bog_a

and then press [Enter]. This will start the demo with cheats enabled. When playing, drop down the dev-console and enter the following codes and hit [Enter] to activate or toggle them:

god - God Mode
give all - Access All Weapons
noclip - No Clipping Mode
notarget - Enemies Ignore You
give ammo - Full Ammo
timescale # - Adjust Time (Default = 1.00)
jump_height # - Adjust Gravity (Default = 39)
cg_LaserForceOn 1 - Add Laser Sight to All Weapons

NOTE: Most of the listed cheats also work in the demo.

Unlock All Cheats
Open config.cfg file (located in C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\profilename folder). Search for "cheat_points" and then just change the number next to it to "30".

How to Rank Up Quicker
The memory address that contains the CoD4 XP has been located, and you can now modify it, making leveling up a much faster and easier process. This means that you can easily get the Commander Rank within a few hours of buying the game, and you can unlock all perks and weapons.

The memory address needed is: CBF0E68 (Now believed to have been changed to CB1FE80)

You can use a tool such as Tsearch to edit the value of that address (your XP), so that you'll only need one XP to get to the new CoD 4 rank.

Here's how: open Tsearch, start a new script, enter the memory address, then enter in the XP you would like. Keep in mind - you'll want to back up your Call of Duty 4 profile just in case something goes wrong - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

More details: if you just want to quickly go up a level, take your current XP from the Rank screen in the multiplayer mode, then add the amount of XP you will need to go up a level. You'll want to subtract one or two XP in order to make it easy to gain a level. Then, go online and kill someone, or get an assist - BAM! - instant level up, and possibly a new rank.

Overkill perk, here you come! Seriously, though, I tested this method, and found it much more enjoyable to play through multiplayer the real way - it's more of a challenge, and fun!

Epilogue Mission
Sit and look through all the credits at the end of the game, and you'll unlock one more mission.

Unlock Arcade Mode / Cheats Option
After completing the game, these bonus options are automatically awarded to you:

Arcade Mode - Finish the game.
Cheats Menu - Finish the game.

Golden Weapons
There is one golden version for one weapon in each class of weapons in the game:

Golden AK47 (Assault Rifle) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Assault Rifle weapon class.
Golden M60 (Light Machine Gun) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Light Machine Gun weapon class.
Golden Mini-Uzi (Sub-Machine Gun) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Sub-Machine Gun weapon class.
Golden Auto Shotgun (Shotgun) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Shotgun weapon class.
Golden Deagle (Handgun) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Handgun weapon class.
Golden SVD (Sniper Rifles) - Complete all the headshot challenges for all the weapons in the Handgun weapon class.
