Press [C-Down] at the vehicle selection screen.
4x4 Monster truck
Press [C-Up] at the vehicle selection screen.

Press [C-Right] at the vehicle selection screen.
Flagstaff track
Hold [Left] and press the [L] at the track selection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct code entry. Highlight the Mojave track and press [Z] + [A] to start.
