Easy win in any match that has count out enabled
First, throw your opponent in any fashion down to the ground outside the ring. Then, move him to the front area and use an Irish Whip ([A] + [R] + [Left] or [Right]) on him. Next, run with him and stop short of the barricade. The opponent will fall to the ground. Grab him up and repeat, throwing him to the opposite side. When the count out timer reaches 17, whip him a final time and climb back into the ring. He will fall and most likely be unable to climb back into the ring, giving you a count out win.

Get rid of interfering wrestler
When a wrestler comes in to interference, simply throw him out of the ring. He will not attempt to climb back in.
