Unlock Atross
Destroy Atross with Iczer-3 during stage 26. Atross joins during the intermission after stage 34.

Unlock Stella Loussier
Take the Gundam SEED route after stage 14. On stage 15A, have Shinn take Stella down to below 10% HP. Stella will join in the intermission before stage 32.

Unlock Michel
Take the Macross route after stage 28. On stage 29A, have Michel destroy at least 8 enemy units. Michel will rejoin after the mission. Note: If Michel's kill count is already 999, the kill count will not increase and this secret cannot be obtained. Also, Klan will be able to pilot the VF-25G Messiah after stage 29A if you did not obtain this secret.

Unlock Rey and the Legend Gundam
On stage 33 have Kira attack the Legend Gundam. Destroy it with Shinn after that. Rey and the Legend Gundam will join during the intermission after stage 33.

Unlock Duel Gundam AS and Buster Gundam
On stage 6, place units on all 6 Meteor Breakers before enemy units destroy them. You will get the two mecha during the intermission after stage 33.

Unlock Ken and the Blade Gainer
Do any of these two:

1) Take the Godannar route after stage 6. Destroy Lou with Goh or Anna on stage 10A.
2) Take the Godannar route after stage 19. Do not allow Ken and Lou to get destroyed until the Blade Gainer TDM appears on stage 22A.

If you did the first one, Ken will join after the stage 19 route split if you did not take the Godannar route. Otherwise, both ways you will get him after stage 22A.

Unlock Soubi and the Talisman
On stage 12 have Kouichi fight Soubi OR destroy the Glein-Neidr within 7 turns. Do either 1+2, 1+4 or 2+4:

1) Take the Linebarrels route after stage 14. Destroy Soubi with Kouichi on stage 15B.
2) Take the Linebarrels route after stage 14. Destroy Soubi with Kouichi on stage 16B.
3) Take the Linebarrels route after stage 28. Have Kouichi fight Soubi two times on stage 31B.
4) Have Kouichi persuade Soubi on stage 33. 3. On stage 37, have Sawatari, Julianne or Wufei persuade Soubi. Soubi can be destroyed by anyone. Soubi and the Talisman join after stage 37.
