All created officer attire
Complete the Yellow Turban campaign with a character made with edit mode. Use the novice difficulty setting to finish faster. For the best officer you can create, choose Zuo Ci's motion. He is the best officer in the game.

Level 4 weapons
Raise them all up to maximum levels. Then, defeat 500 enemies to unlock a level 4 weapon. Note: Each type of weapon is only unlocked based on your own weapon. Hence, a sword unlocks level 4 swords, etc. Also, each weapon is only once done per character. For example, if you use Lu Bu, the weapon is only unlocked for Lu Bu.

Play Empire mode under any difficulty setting. Defeat the main Boss of the level under 4 minutes. At the end of the level you will get the level 4 weapon. You do not have to go to level 5 upgrading to get it.

Shadow Horse
Get the most northwest land (should be owned by Ma Teng). Develop it until you cannot do so anymore. After you are done developing, go to "Assign" and do "Western Trade". Repeat this until you get the Shadow Horse.

Getting good tactics cards
Juggernaut and Wood Ox can be obtained by putting Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying together in the same province.

Use six items for officer
Defeat 1,000 enemies in any stage and difficult setting to unlock the possibility to use six items for that officer. For easier results, use two Extend Time strategy cards.

1000 KO Medal
Defeat 1,000 enemies in any stage and difficult setting.

A Divided Land scenario
Successfully complete the Dong Zhou in Luo Yang scenario.

Battle Of Guan Du scenario
Successfully complete the A Divided Land scenario.

Special Settings for Empire Mode
Executions/Old Age Death - Beat Empire Mode once
Isolate - Beat Empire Mode once
Unlimited Time - Beat Empire Mode once

Unlock Ending Events
All endings must be unlock on Empire Mode using ANY difficulty and on any era.

Death - Fail to conquer all 25 territories when the campaign time limit runs out. CAMPAIGN TIME LIMIT OPTION MUST BE ON.
Unification (Evil Ruler) - Continuously use evil deeds such as Despotism and become Emperor. Then conquer all 25 territories without commiting a good deed.
Unification (Good Ruler) - Continuously use good deeds such as Philanthropy and become Emperor. Then conquer all 25 territories without commiting a evil deed.
Unification (Neutral) - Conquer all 25 territories without being extremely good or evil.
