Flying car (low gravity)
Press [Right], [Black], [B], [R], [White], [Down], [L], [R] during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Accelerate and press [Up] to fly.
Higher wanted level
Press [Black]x2, [L], [Black], [Left], [Right], [Left], [Right], [Left] during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.
Full health
Press [Black]x2, [L], [R], [Left], [Down], [Right], [Up], [Left], [Down], [Right], [Up] during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: If this code is enabled during a mission where there is damage on your car, the meter will be reset to zero.
If your vehicle is on fire, enable the "Full health" code to extinguish it.
This code also repairs your car. You cannot see the repairs, but it will act like a new car. If on a mission where you need to have a mint condition car, sometimes enabling the "Full health" code will fulfill the mint condition requirements.
More money
Press [Black]x2, [L], [L], [Left], [Down], [Right], [Up], [Left], [Down], [Right], [Up] during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Destroy all cars

Better driving skills
Press [R], [L], [Black], [L], [Left], [R]x2, [Y] during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Click the Left Analog-stick or "Right Analog-stick" to jump while driving. Note: Saving the game will make it so your car will never tip. Also every car will have hydraulics which will enable it jump 15 feet in the air over other cars.
After this code is enabled, any time you roll your car, press [X] + [A] to flip back over. This will work as long as your car is not on its roof.
Fog

Rain

body 8-Ball
When you go to pick up 8-Ball and he hands you the sniper rifle, equip it and shoot him in the head. You will lose the mission, but walk back into the blue circle to restart. When 8-Ball comes back out again, he will have no body, and just a head.
rampage
On any rampage mission with the sniper rifle, you can jump down to the street and shoot the targets at point blank range without them firing back at you.

If you spawn a car or use various other codes, your criminal level can go down dramatically. For example, you can have a rating of Hatchetman (2500), spawn two cars and then have a rating of Untrustable (-60).
Glitch: Walk on car in mid-air
Get a car when pulling off an insane jump or stunt, get out of the car when in the air. The car must be totally undamaged. You can now walk on the car in mid-air. However, the instant you fall off, the car will drop to the ground with you.
Glitch: Go through the ceiling
Take any motorcycle (preferably the Sanchez) and go at full speed into the Diaz/Vercetti Estate side entrance (that goes into the Hedge Maze). Do not slow down. When Tommy hits the first wall, he will fly off the bike and appear to go through the ceiling. Note: He will go through the ceiling, but appear to fall through the bottom of the map. He will not be hurt from anything other than the bike running into the wall, and will land in front of the estate.
