Fight as Adult Trunks
Press [Up], [X], [Down], [B], [L], [Y], [R], [A] during the introduction when Vegeta fades into Gokuu. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Adult Trunks will be above Majiin Buu on the character selection screen.

Turbo mode
Hold [A] + [B] + [X] + [Y] + [L] + [R] on controller two and power on the SNES system. Release the button after Goku's Kamekameha is introduced. The "3" in the title will turn orange to confirm correct code entry.

View moves
Press [Start] to pause game play, then press [Select]. Press [Down]x2, then press [A] to display a move list for the current fighter. Highlight a move and press [A] to practice.

Super Meteo moves

Vegeta: Press [Forward], [Down], [Back], [Forward], [Y].
Goku: Press [Back], [Down], [Forward], [Up], [B].
Goten: Press [Back], [Down], [Forward], [Up], [B].
Future Trunks: Press [Forward], [Back], [Down], [Up], [Y].
Trunks: Press [Forward], [Back], [Down], [Up], [B].
Gohan: Press [Forward], [Down], [Back], [Forward], [B].
Majin Buu: Press [Back], [Forward], [Down], [Up], [Y].
Dabura: Press [Back], [Forward], [Down], [Up], [Y].

Android 20: Absorb
To absorb with Android 20, when your character changes pose in a beam quickly press [Down], [Up], and hold [A]. Note: This also does 18s shield.

Goku: Kameyaaya
Press [Back], [Down], [Forward], [Up] + "Fireball".

or into a boulder
When you are traveling towards a rock or the floor, press [L]x2 or [R]x2, depending on which side you are. If you are facing your opponent on the left side and are going to be smashed press [L]x2. If you are on the right side, press [R]x2.

Fire a beam at opponent's beam
Press [Down], [Back], [Forward], and hold [A] to fire a beam at your opponent's beam.

Alternate specials
Instead of pressing [Back], [Down], [Forward], [Up], [A], press [Down], [Left], [Right], [Up] + [A] to do an alternate special.

Alternately, press [Down], [Back], [Forward] + [A].

Special attack
Power up to full then press [A].

Start a battle. Then, enter the options menu in the middle of the match. Locate the first option. Switch the option to "S-auto". Resume the game, then power up and press [A].

Counter Energy Wave
When your opponent launches an Energy Wave, you can do four things:

Press [Back] + [S]. You will defend yourself, but still take some damage.

Press [Back], [Down] + [S]: You will bounce away the wave, taking no damage at all. Be careful, as it can also explode when you are bouncing it.

Press [Forward], [Back], [Forward] + [S]: You will use a Ki-shield which destroys the wave, but it costs a lot of energy. If your energy bar is low and you use this move, you will be very vulnerable.

Press [Down], [Back], [Forward] + [S]: You will fire an Energy Wave which will hit the other one. When they do that, one of the beams will hit you or your opponent. When fighting the CPU, its beam usually hits you.
