A young girl in Zoah will give your character a music box that plays the Panzer Dragoon Zwei theme
Original Panzer Dragoon introduction
Load a Panzer Dragoon Saga disc, then open and insert the Panzer Dragoon Zwei disc without powering off the Saturn.
