Primary Collection of Cheats
Cheat menu
Enter Kombat Kode 302 213 at the 2 Player Vs. Screen. Exit this match and enter the options menu. Highlight "Versus Screen Enabled" and hold Block + Run for ten seconds. The following cheat options will be available. Note: Only one of the cheats can be used at one time.
Highlight any fighter, then press [Start] and any button to rotate the select screen pictures two times to enable each character's second costume, except for Sonya and Tanya. The select screen pictures must be rotated three times for those characters.
Fight as Meat
Enter "Group Mode" and successfully complete the game with all sixteen characters. After this has been accomplished, select any character and begin a match. Your character will playing as Meat with all the moves of the character that was selected.
Fight as Noob Saibot
Enter the 012 012 Kombat Kode at the 2 Player Vs. Screen. Exit this match and enter the character selection screen. Select the invisible icon at the bottom of the character selection screen. Press [Up]x2, [Left] to highlight Reiko's icon, then press Run + Block.
View biographies
Enter "Kombat Theatre" mode, highlight the desired character, and press Run.

Johnny Cage: New weapon
Change into the James Bond costume and allow yourself to be defeated. Save yourself before you hit the spikes. When you get to the character selection screen, do the James Bond trick again. He will be in his original costume, but his weapon will be Kai's dagger.

Successfully complete the game with Kai. Then, start a new game with Kai and his weapon will be Raiden's lighting staff.
