Primary Collection of Cheats
Cheat menu
Highlight the "Options" selection at the main menu, then quickly press [R1], [Circle], [Left], [Triangle]x2. Note: Quickly press [L1], [X], [Left], [Square]x2 at the main menu in the Japanese version of the game.
Fight as Armored Spider-Man
Highlight Spider-Man at the character selection screen, then hold [Select] and press any "Punch" or "Kick" button.
Fight as U.S. Agent
Highlight Vega (M. Bison) at the character selection screen, then hold [Select] and press any "Punch" or "Kick". U.S. Agent's uniform will be gray for "Punch" or green for "Kick".
Fight as Mega Sakura
Highlight Hulk at the character selection screen, then hold [Select] and press any "Punch" or "Kick" button.
Fight as Grey Hulk
Enable the "Fight as Mega Sakura" code and pick Hulk as her partner. This color code should be universal for all characters.
Fight as same character
Successfully complete the game once. The same character may now be chosen by both players on the character selection screen.
Three Cyber-Akumas
Successfully complete the game once without losing a round. Highlight Akuma and press [Select]x5, [Triangle]. Then, get to Cyber-Akuma and defeat him. A third Cyber-Akuma will drop from the sky (as your partner).
Extra jumps for Norimaro
Select Norimaro, then press "WK" + "MP" + "HK" at the versus screen until the round begins. Norimaro will now be able to jump four times in the air.

Successfully complete the game without losing any rounds. Additional selections will appear on the options menu, including increasing the speed to eight stars and always having full combo meters.
Fight as Cyber Akuma
Successfully complete a normal game on arcade mode. (Note: This may need to be done without losing any rounds at a higher difficulty setting) Then, highlight Akuma on the character selection screen and press [Select]x5, [X]. Note: Cyber Akuma can only be used by himself. Cyber Akuma's moves are:

Hints
Start round with super move
Enter the options screen and set the game for full hard mode and five rounds. Begin a match and allow your gauge to fill up. Intentionally lose the round to your opponent. Repeatedly press [L2] before "Fight" appears to begin the next round with a super move.
Avoiding Cyber Akuma's Fireball
When fighting Cyber Akuma, his fireball is almost always followed by another Fireball or a Missile Punch.
Attacking Cyber Akuma at the correct Double Sinko Hadoken
Select Ryu, then Ken as his partner at the character selection screen (or vice versa). Get your hyper combo gauge up to level 2. Perform a Cross Hyper combo. Ken will do a Sinko Hadoken instead of a Shoru Reepa. This is the most powerful Cross Hyper combo in the game.
Wolverine: Combo attack
Press [Triangle] repeatedly until you have at least two full bars. Press [R1] + [L1] when you are on the ground to perform Berserker Barrage X. Just after the attack is done, immediately press [R1] + [L1] to perform the Fatal Claw. If you waited at the start for three full bars, press [R1] + [L1] again immediately afterwards. You will have done Berserker Barrage X, Fatal Claw, and Berserker Barrage X again. This will be a successful attack with good timing and your opponent not blocking. Note: This is useful when fighting Cyber Akuma.
