Primary Collection of Cheats

Entering debug mode
Press [Down], [Up], [Down], [Up], [Right], [Down], [Left], [Down], [Up], [Down] at the title screen.

Level skip
Enter debug mode. Press [L1] during game play to jump to the previous level. Press [R1] during game play to jump to the next level.

Original version
Press [Right], [Left], [Up], [Down], [Up], [Down], [Up] at the title screen. The original version of the game allows you to enter the diamond rooms at levels 20, 30 and 40 even if you lose a life.

Hints

Lightning potion in every level
Enable the "Debug menu" code. Start game play and display the debug screen. Go to the level 100 map (the screen will display 63). As soon as you reach that level, return to level 1 (the screen will display 0). You will now have a lightning potion throughout the game.
