Go to "options" and then go to "cheats." Now, cheats are entered completely differently in the third installment. You now have to strum with the frets on just like normal playing! Two or more notes in parentheses indicate a chord:

RY, RB, RB, RY, RY, YB, YB, YB, RB, RY, RB, RB, RY, RY, YB, YB, YB, RB - Precision Mode code (you have to be more precise when hitting the notes).
RY, GR, GR, RY, RY, GR, RY, RY, GR, GR, RY, RY, GR, RY, RB - Unlock all cheat codes.

Joe Perry - Defeat Joe Perry in a Guitar Battle in Career Mode.
