Stage 3 - Clear 45 Story or Dramatic Mode Stages.
Stage 7 - Unlock the three characters involved in the stage (easy if you complete all 5 Stories).
Stage 8 - Collect all treasures.
Stage 9 - Clear Wei Stage 7.
Stage 10 - Initially selectable.
Stage 11 - Unlock the three characters involved in the stage (easy if you complete all 5 Stories).
Stage 12 - Unlock the three characters involved in the stage (easy if you complete all 5 Stories).
Stage 14 - Unlock the three characters involved in the stage (easy if you complete all 5 Stories).
Stage 15 - Clear Wei's Story Mode, then unlock the three characters involved.
Stage 16 - Have three characters at Level 99.
