Unlock Last Gaiden Stages
In order to unlock them, you must complete these requirements in Stage 7:

Sengoku - Achieve 1,000 KO
Shu - Escape from the burning castle within 2 minutes (this includes friendly officers)
Wei - Defeat the defected Da Ji within 1 minute
Wu - Rescue the Sun family within 3 minutes

Unlock Special Mounts
Out of all the special mounts, only Red Hare and Matsukaze return in Warriors Orochi.

Red Hare and Matzukaze Mounts - Get Cavalry ability to level 10

Unlocking 4th weapons
To unlock 4th weapons, simply obtain weapons on stages with three or more stars on Hard difficulty, or any stage on Chaos difficulty.

Credits - Complete any story.
Introduction - Start any story.
Shu Ending - Complete the Shu story.
Wei Ending - Complete the Wei story.
Wu Ending - Complete the Wu story.
Sengoku Ending - Complete the Samurai Warriors story.

Unlock Gaiden 8
SW gaiden 8 - In SW Stage 7 get over 1,000 kos.
WU gaiden 8 - Wu Story- In Stage 7 save the sun family in under 3 mins.
SHU gaiden 8 - In stage 7 escape the burning castle in under a min with your allies.
Wei gaiden 8 - In stage 7 defeat da ji 1 min after she defects.
