Move through any 1P story route without continuing on Normal difficulty to unlock extra scenarios at the end. Being defeated in the EX stages will result in an automatic game over:

Kabuto EX stage 11 (Kabuto vs Hyper Kabuto) - Go through Kabuto's story route on normal difficulty without continuing
Rider EX Stage 11 (Hyper Gatack vs Hyper Kabuto) - Go through the Rider story route on normal difficulty without continuing
Rider EX Stage 12 (TheBee (Kagami) and Shadow Zect Trooper vs Verberworm and Worms) - Complete Rider route EX stage 11
Worm EX stage 8 (Ucaworm vs Hyper Kabuto) - Go through the Worm story route on normal difficulty without continuing
