Play as Anna Williams
Successfully complete the game to unlock Anna mode. In Anna mode, weapons and healing items only appear when dropped by enemies. Additionally, there are no save locations during the first time through Anna mode.
Sniper Mode
Clear the game on any difficulty.
Expert Mode
Clear the game on Hard difficulty.
Hard Mode
Clear the game on any difficulty.
Infinite 9mm handgun
The crate in the contriband room (prison).
Infinite Katana
The crate in cell 3 (solitary west access).
Infinite Railgun
The crate in the engine room (ship).
Infinite suitcase gun
The crate under the stairs (deep sea sub pen).
Inifinite Weapons
Available on subsequent playthroughs in green weapons cache boxes.
