In the River level, it seems you can never get more than 2,500 points in all by flushing out the two Bulbasaurs in the craters. However, throw a Pester Ball into a log that is tipped over on its side. A Bulbasaur will come out of it. Try to take a picture of it from the front. It can be worth over 4,000 points. If you only have apples, it will also appear after five or six of them are thrown.

After they have eaten the apples they will start jumping and roaring at the camera. If not, play the Poke Flute and they begin to jump when the song is over. This will give you the opportunity to get a really close shot of many Charmander in great poses.

After you get the ten Charmanders in the Volcano level, play the Poke Flute and they will all line up and march in place.

Do not try to get Moltres when you have the opportunity. Instead, turn left and you will see two Charmander. Throw apples at them and they will call their friends. Keep throwing food so they get closer to you. Take a picture of them when they growl, or you can play the Pokeflute and get them while they are dancing.

Do the six Charmander trick in the Volcano level, then use the Pokeflute. Look closely to see that one of the Charmander has an angry face. Note: This does not give you extra points.

After taking the three photographs of Digletts to make Dugtrio appear, take one more photograph to make two more Dugtrios to appear for more points.
