Press [C], [Up], [Down], [B], [Left], [A], [Right], [Down], [Start] at the main menu, then enter "JAM" as initials. The All-Star Team will appear on the team selection screen. This team is normally available only after all 27 regular teams are defeated.

3-point sweep spot for Starks
In any mode, take Sparks to the bottom corner of the screen and shoot. Most of the time he will make a 3-pointer.
