Hints
Easy money
You will get $5,000 for finishing all of the tutorial. As long as you do not skip anything, you will get the money.
Choose the "Select Mission" option in revenge mode and replay the easier missions to earn more money for ShopZone.
To get a lot of money while playing Revenge, go to a mission where you throw an opponent in the ocean or bottomless pit at the construction yard. Do not throw them in. Instead, make them submit. If you are running out of time, then throw a couple in.
Easy wins
Work on one certain body part to make it submit faster.
Use a lot of striking moves to where he almost has his special, then go to the top rope. Do a fling move to knock him down. If done correctly, you should be able to defeat him when pinned.
For an easy First Blood win, assign a superstar with the Sweet Chin Music as an Ex Special and Power Of The Punch as a Front Grapple Special. Also, give a Vandaminator as a Weapon Special. Doing these specials each in a row will guarantee a win.
Easy finisher
To fill up a finisher slot easily, edit your character's moves so that he will have the Al Snow/Haku/Meng Trapping Headbutts. Then, keep doing it until a slot fills up for an easy finisher. Also, it is a soft grapple move.
Powerful moves
When you do moves such as Rock Bottom, Stone Cold Stunner, etc. and land on the ring mat, the sound you hear is like a boom-like sound. The move(s) you perform will effect your opponent. If you do these moves as a special, its effect will be enhanced.
Shopping Mall mission: Destroying Vince's Wrestlmania sign
On the Revenge stage in the mall where you have to destroy Vince's Wrestlemania sign, when you are fighting, if your opponent is on one side of the sign, go on the other side. The opponents will start punching the sign. If they punch the sign enough, they will destroy it.
Getting Stephanie out of the garage cell
This is basically a handicap match. Run away from the security guard and go down the escalator. Once there, you will find a wrestler waiting for you. He or she will approach you and join the security guard in fighting you. Try to get one down, then Irish Whip the other onto the garage/cell structure. Continue doing this. You can knock them both down, than start attacking the garage/cell structure as well. If timed correctly, you can get this done in at least five minutes.

Have a match with yourself and a friend or the CPU as a competitor in a Single, Tag Team, Triple Threat, Fatal Four Way, Table, Ladder, Hardcore or TLC match (or Royal Rumble if you are going to be one of the first two people to enter; only they have their videos shown in Royal Rumble matches -- this trick will not work in Revenge Stages mode, since you do not see any of the wrestler FMVs in that mode.). Select the SmackDown! arena. Select one of the wrestlers as "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. When Stone Cold's name and small FMV window shows up, look closely at the FMV, and you will see RAW Co-General Manager Stone Cold flipping off the other RAW Co-General Manager Eric Bischoff (the only GM not in this game as a wrestler) and talking to him in the FMV.
Do opponent's special
When in the Special state, press [L] + [R] + [A] + [B].
Throw opponent off stage
Select exhibition mode, choose a wrestler and fight against a friend. Go up the ramp and turn right or left. Irish Whip your opponent ( [A] + [Y] ) toward the opposite direction of the stage and he will fall off.
Play as Bosses quickly
Successfully complete revenge mode then go back to select missions. Go to the last level in the Harbor (Break Into The Control Room). That level is the easiest to complete, and is a fast way to unlock playable Bosses.
Final Boss list
The hidden Boss characters which can be unlocked by playing through revenge mode are all fictional, but their move-sets are all based upon real-life wrestlers from Japan (and a few from the United States).
Run at the ropes and press Analog-stick [Away] + [B] from them. Make sure to aim correctly. The person should be near the ropes to your left. It helps to get them stunned on the ropes first.
Alternately, with your opponent on or near the ropes, run parallel to where they are standing by pressing [Y] + "Analog-stick Right" then press [Left] + [A] + [B]. Note: You do not necessarily need a special slot to perform this move, but it will be more powerful if done while a special is active.
Throw your opponent, and when he gets to the other side to the rope, go to the ropes. Use the 619. If the opponent does not hit the ropes and you hit him with the 619, Rey Mysterio is not going to turn all the way around. He is going to stand on the apron and it will be easier to do the West Coast Pop. However, if he hits the ropes or is too close to the ropes, he is going to turn all the way around.
William Regal: Power Of The Punch DQ
Use the Power Of The Punch with William Regal or anyone else (punch with brass knuckles). If you are in a match with DQ turned on, you will be disqualified.
DDT on a chair through a table
When you and the person you are facing are both outside the chair, pull out a chair from under the mat (or play a TLC match and grab the chair). Put the chair down and Irish Whip your rival onto the table. Press [Y] while holding the chair to get on the table. Wait for your opponent to get up and press to do a DDT on a chair through the table. Note: You be someone who has the DDT on a chair (for example, Rey Mysterio).
To do a DDT on a chair to your rival through a table easily, grab a chair from under the mat, or grab a chair if in a TLC match. Then, climb onto the announcer table . Have your rival also do this. When ready, do a DDT on a chair to your rival on the announcer table.
Smash opponent's head on turnbuckles
In any non-"Revenge Stages" match, press [A] + [Y] + Analog-stick towards any turnbuckle direction and make sure your opponent does not whip off the ropes or on to the floor. While he/she is in the corner turnbuckle, briefly hold [X] to make your opponent's back face you in the turnbuckle, and tap [A]. This will make your superstar smash the other person's head against the turnbuckle. Note: Doing this repeatedly is an excellent way to bust someone open without getting disqualified in a match with DQs turned on, or to do the same in a Hardcore or no-DQ match. Also, it is a great way to win matches with the First Blood stipulation on, where the first superstar to make the other bleed from the head wins. Note: Female superstars can be "busted open" in this game, but will not bleed no matter what.
Jump from pole to chains during revenge mode
Hold [Y] to jump from poles, chains, and platforms during revenge stages. You can also run then press [Y] to jump off platforms to chains or poles.
