All fighters
At the "Press Start" screen, wait a fighting demo starts. Then, press [Start] and wait until the "Press Start" screen appears again. Then, press [Left], [Right], [Down], [Right], [L]x2, [A], [L]x2, [B], [R], [A], [Up]. Do not enter the code too quickly. For example, follow these steps: After already pressing [Left] wait one second, then press [Right]. After a second passes, press [Down], etc. Ryu will yell "Hadouken" to confirm correct code entry. Note: This code has to successfully entered a few times to be permanently unlocked.

All ISMs and modes
Press [A], [Up], [A], [L], [R], [Right], [L], [Right], [A], [Down], [Right] at the title screen. A shout will confirm correct code entry. The following modes will be unlocked at the options menu: Alpha Combo, Alpha Cancel, Super Alpha Cancel, Super Guard, Infinite Guard, Auto Guard, Alpha Counter Plus, Hard Body, Guard Destroy, Gauge Plus, and Limit Off.

Alternate costumes
Press [L] or [R] when choosing a fighter at the character selection screen.

Survival mode
Successfully complete the game in drama mode as any fighter under the level four difficulty setting or higher.

Fight as Guile
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode five times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Fight as Maki
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode seven times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Fight as Yun
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode nine times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Fight as Shin Akuma/Gouki
Hold [Start] and choose Akuma/Gouki at the character selection screen. Alternately, successfully complete the game in arcade mode under the default difficulty setting as Satsui Ryu, Guile, Eagle, Maki and Yun.

Fight against Shin Akuma/Gouki
Select final battle mode, then hold [A] + [B] at the speed selection screen. You will fight Shin Gouki instead of Final Vega.

Saikyou mode
Successfully complete the game in 10 survival mode as any fighter under the level four difficulty setting or higher.

Mazi mode
Successfully complete the game in 30 survival mode as any fighter under the level four difficulty setting or higher.

Classic mode
Successfully complete the game in 50 survival mode as any fighter under the level four difficulty setting or higher.

Zero Cancel ISM
Successfully complete the game in final battle mode two times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Super Guard ISM
Successfully complete the game in final battle mode four times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Air Guard ISM
Successfully complete the game in final battle mode six times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Hard Body ISM
Successfully complete the game in final battle mode eight times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Infinite Guard ISM
Successfully complete the game in final battle mode ten times under the level four difficulty setting or higher using a different character each time.

Akuma: Shinkuu Hadouken
When your gauge is at maximum, press [Forward], [Back], [Forward], [Back], "HP" + "HK".

Evil Ryu: Raging Demon
When your gauge is at maximum, press [Back], [Forward], [Back], [Forward], "HP" + "HK".
