Select the "Audio Set Up" option at the main menu. Make a note of the five digit code that appears. Return to the main menu and highlight the "Special Features" option. Press [Left] to focus on the biohazard symbol. Press [Enter] and quickly input the code using the onscreen display. If you run out of time, the code will change.

Hidden clips: (Deluxe Edition)
Select the "Previews" option from the main menu or the "Special Features" menu. Press [Down] to highlight the "Main Menu" option, then press [Right] to highlight the dog's eyes. Press [Enter] to view a clip of zombie make-up tests.

Enter the "Special Features" menu, then select the "Filmographies" option. Choose the option for "Milla Jovovich". Press [Down] on the first screen of her filmography to highlight a hidden yellow eye above her picture. Press [Enter] to view a clip of her being funny during a test fight.
