From the first page of Disc 2's menus, highlight "Creating the Kraken" then press [Left], [Up], and [Up] again to highlight a patch of grass for an Easter egg on the Siamese twin pirates in Davy Jones' crew.

Also on the first menu of Disc 2, highlight "According to Plan" and press [Left] twice to highlight a leaf. Press [Enter] for an easter egg catering for the massive Pirates production.
