Target Exclusive Character
Go to any Target that has a DS Download Station. Download the Transformers DS trailer, and you will automatically unlock G1 Starscream.
G1 Starscream - Download at Target
Love Cruiser - Receive 250 wifi tokens in the allspark wars
Funky Bus - Connect to the Allspark Wars server for the first time
Full health and no wanted level
While in Free Play mode, press [Start], go to "Vehicle Form" then select "Confirm". From here you can just press [B] to go back to the game. You will now have full health and any wanted level will be gone.
Psycho Cars
Get 500 Wifi Tokens to unlock Psycho cars.
