Cipher Mail
Enter the "Mail" menu. Press Left to select "Compose". Select "To:" and choose "L.M. Shin". Enter "Cipher" as the case-sensitive title of the message. Select the body of the email. Enter one of the following case and format-sensitive codes as the body of the message, with no other text. Select the "Enter" virtual key (just above "Exit"), to enter multiple line codes. Confirm the message then resume game play to get the corresponding item:

Mu Continent Star: Defeat RaMu Xa.

Rockman Star: Complete the main story line.
S Comp Star: Collect all 150 Standard Class Cards.

Alternate final Boss
Unlock all the achievement icons. Play through the game again to fight the Xa version of the final Boss.

Alternate ending
Successfully complete the game with all achievement icons. You will have a message from Solo asking that you level up the four In-Game Brothers. Do their side quests to level them up, then complete the game. An alternate sequence will appear after the credits, ending with a battle against BuraiSX.
