Exploring new sections
Use the strafe buttons ([LS] and [RS]) when approaching an unexplored section. Strafe into it, then back. This will allow the room to be viewed, and if there is something there, it will not have enough time to react.
Level with multiple doors
On the level with all the doors, the door on the right side of the top section takes you to the Exit. The door to the Talisman is in a door in the center of the map. This door is at the bottom of the right side.
Final level
The last level of the game is not very difficult to complete. The exit is in the bottom left hand portion of the map screen, and the Talisman section is in the area of the top right section of the map.
Spider pattern
Press [C] to display the status screen. Press [A] from the status area and the game will display the map screen. In the upper left corner of the map screen is a compass. When fighting the spiders, when you face north or south, the spiders jump around; duck behind walls; and shoot more fiercely. When you face east or west, the spiders meander in alignment with the your player; attack your in a straight line; jump straight up and down; and do not shoot as often. If you find yourself with a group of spiders that will not stay still and keep dodging the fire, get the spiders to follow you until you are facing east or west and a corner is between you and the them. They will not jump from behind a corner. You could be behind one corner and they will be behind the opposite corner. Pick them off as they jump up and down and are trying move through the wall (which they cannot do). As soon as you face north or south again, they will start going crazy again.
